Complaints fall on deaf ears

Took them 2 whole days in Jhb to collect two boxes, one going to Cape town. The same time I booked a box for collection in CT delivery in Jhb.

CT box was delivered in Jhb 2 days later, Jhb branch tried collecting and at the same time decided to pick a massive fight with a Chinese warehouse owner with many shops.

Why don't you just give your business away to Aramex?????
