Complaint - shipment ***

The below happened yesterday. Today I also receive a notification that my order would be delivered today but it has not been delivered and the delivery guy (or anyone) who advised that they lived in my area and would deliver it yesterday has not delivered the parcel or called me.

I would like to express my utter disappointment at the non-service I received today following having received a WhatsApp confirming that my parcel was going to be delivered today with the pin.

At 11:53 I received a call from the driver checking as to where about I was, and I advised him that I was close to the Mkhuhlu police station, and he said okay and hung up. My assumption was that he was in the process of planning his route. I didn’t hear anything from him further, then I decided to call him at 14:34. He then advised me that they had passed my area and were in Ximungwe village and that they will be back, and he hang up. I called him back and advised that him that we were not done with our conversation and asked him about when they will be back (today or another time), and he confirmed that it would be today.

I didn’t hear from him again and decided to call him at 17:42 and he told me that they had just passed my area again going the Hazyview direction now and that he lives around my area and is going to assist another colleague of his who is not fami**** with the Goromane area towards Hazyview and will deliver my things when he makes his way back home. He didn’t come or call to advise that the plan had changed. Will someone please assist
