Complaint: Poor Service from The Courier Guy

I’m disappointed by the lack of professionalism from The Courier Guy. I booked two separate shipments (Waybills SC34WS and CW7RWZ) with clear weight allocations and delivery priorities; perishables overnight, non-perishables via economy.

Despite this, The Courier Guy combined all items into one overnight shipment without my approval, reallocated parcel weights, and charged me over R500 in unexpected fees. Their system clearly reflected my correct original bookings, yet I was met with dismissive and contradictory responses from their team.

As a small business owner, this kind of error disrupts my operations and damages trust. I’ve lodged a complaint via email, but the matter remains unresolved.

I’m now taking this public in the hope of accountability and proper resolution.
