Complaint

Went to the locker 4 times now, pin doesn't exist and no space! Tried another locker, no luck either. Bring back the old system to reserve a locker and delete the new first come, first served system. Local Courier Guy staff were unable to tell me when lockers would be emptied. Call Centre WhatsApp and chatbot gave generic answers that did not resolve the problem. Overall unsatisfactory service. Think I will change service provider.
