COMPLAINT!!! Dissatisfied client

On Friday 21 May 2021 I requested for a parcel to be collected from my supplier in JHB to be in Rustenburg on the 24 May 2021. In the first place I requested that 2 parcels be collected, instead Courier Guy collected 13 parcels which is unacceptable. Secondly, I just collected my parcel this morning (26 May 2021) from The Courier Guy and to my surprise tow of my parcels where opened and stock was damaged badly. When I confronted the Rustenburg Branch Manager, she told me that this is not their problem as this came from The Courier Guy JHB Headoffice. This is unacceptable as The Courier Guy caused damage to my stock. Photos are available to proof that my stock was damaged before collecting at The Courier Guy Rustenburg Branch. I will not suggest anybody uses this company as their services is not up to standard and they also overcharge compared to other courier companies.
