Complaint

I submitted and paid for my parcel on my pudo account and put in on one of pudo boxes at northgate on the 03/08/2022 around 05h05 in the morning but even now not yet received the package,the person who was supposed to receive the package went there were he was supposed to receive the package at Hatfield,they tel him that the package may arrive on Monday,how long does it take for the package to be delivered?thanks
