Complaint

Our business have been a loyal customer to the courier guy company. Many times when a parcel is very important they seem to mess it up with later delivery or late pickup.

This is the second time I get emails stating the client left where they should collect but than the client never left and is still there!!!!! I feel they lying to me about this as I'm in contact with the clients all the time
