Complaint about The Courier Guy, Berea branch, East London

I ordered goods from Johannesburg to be shipped to East London. Upon arrival of goods I received a call from the lady from Courier Guy Berea in East London who informed me that my parcel has arrived atvtheir kiosk, i then asked her how much i should pay for it, she said R160 just after 20 mins as i was driving to their Kiosk i received another call from someone else telling me that i should bring R495,. I was so inconvenienced.
