Complaint About Rude and Unprofessional Driver During Delivery

I would like to report a very unpleasant experience I had with one of your drivers during a delivery.

The driver called me at 07:14, informing me that he would arrive in the next 10 minutes and asked me to wait outside. I waited from 07:23 to 07:40, but he did not arrive, so I went back to the house.

He then called again at 07:51 (missed call) and 07:52, which I answered. Instead of being polite, he spoke with a very rude and disrespectful tone, complaining that I wasn’t answering his calls. When I explained that I had waited more than 10 minutes outside, as he instructed, he responded with attitude and said he had things to do — as if my time did not matter.
