Complaint about empty Locker (KL-J2ZMVI)

When I opened the locker on 26 May 2026 at approximately 17:10, I found it completely empty. At the time, the instant WhatsApp support line was unable to assist me, and I received no assistance the following morning either. I subsequently emailed support and requested an investigation. I do not believe it should take more than 24 hours to investigate and trace a registered parcel. This was my first experience using your services, and given the handling of this matter, it will definitely be my last.
