Complaint

<p>I have send a parcel through this company, that they was unable to deliver. Then I had to pay again to get the parcel returned. And after I did paid, I did received the parcel back, but everything inside is completely broken. And they refused to repay me. They just tell me it's my mistake and they will not take responsiblity for the broken items</p>
