Complaint

My very first experience with these people left a very bad taste in my mouth. As viewed on my "in contact" message,my package was booked out from my nearest branch at 09:45 yesterday morning. After not recieving my package yesterday I was prompted to phone the Kathu branch manager apon which his reply was that I will have to wait till after this long weekend and that he doesnt know why it was not delivered. Some of my friends also complain that the drivers seldom find the addresses and that you have to meet them at known landmarks. I am very disappointed.
