Complaint

This is a pathetic company, picked up a inverter cabinet in Capetown and destroyed it completely on the way to Germiston. Now they reject the claim stating it was not packed in a carboard box, tjey broke a 15mm plywood cabinet, destroying two 100AH gel batteries and a inverter. How on earth would a cardboard box, have protected a solid cabinet?
