Complain

<p>Good Morning.</p> <p>I am really disapointed in the service from the Courier Guy.</p> <p>I have a parcel that is supposed to be deliverd to Vanderbijlpark.</p> <p>When I phoned the company They said that I will recieve it on the same day 16/08/2016 , so when I ask at what time and they phoned the driver the parcel was not with the driver, so according to Wesley the tracking number somehow changend and the parcel is No Were to be found! I ask Wesley to send me a email expalning exacatly what happend as this is a parcel for a client. He said that he will speak to MC as well. So still I havent receive any phonecall nor email.</p>
