Complain

Driver attitude and unreceived order.The driver called at 15:03 4 Nov 2025 to confirm my availability, he said he is in Medunsa which is 3minutes drive from my work place, I explained that m knocking off at 15:30, I waited for Driver until 16:03, he was no longer taking my calls, I used another phone then promised to call me back but never did, I used WhatsApp call different number, he answered saying he will deliver it at home, by that time he is yelling on me. Around 16:19t I received proof of delivery through my email to say my order has been delivered which I didn't. I need to know who signed for that order and where did they get a pin, is my sign forged? His Surname is Sambulo. And I need my mother for the phone calls and my money I paid for that order since I didn't receive, I will buy somewhere where they respect customers. Kobela
