Complain

Poor serviece it's been 10 working days now waiting for the parcel to be delivered which was supposed to take 3 days.... and whenever I visit their office to complain they say there's nothing they can do they can't even call the driver who collected my my pastor to get some clarification they ended up fighting with me I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services lastly the third party driver once said to me they can't deliver single parcel at a long-distance just because it cost them a lot so they basically waite for few parcels so that they can go down there and deliver
