Company that needs vehicles

This company is by far the worst you can get, a brief description below will describe the meaning of "Uselessness" and hopefully I can save some people money and hardship.

OVN (Overnight Night) Delivery from PE to EL, all booked, paid, collected, no delivery.

I call the Courier as it's unusual to experience a non-delivery.

I get told lol Let me phone the PE branch warehouse....The return from the EL consultant "Oh Sorry the item only arrived in PE today...Me: Ah...It's an item collected yesterday from a house address in PE lol! So it was in PE and now its meant to be in EL, then get told oh the vehicle had a problem which usually collects the parcels from there...So the courier guy has only one vehicle, no others lol! "At this point, i'd close the company" I mean how dumb can one be and how can you make collection and delivery options and charge for it then act casual about it? One would expect an apology or refund....I think this company needs an internal audit and fined for negligence. Its an on going issue with no resolve just pocketing money and we all have had enough.
