Company in trouble because of incompetence? No owner involvement?

If there was a minus instead of 1 star I would have rated this company operated by the Courier Guy a minus 10. Packages are seriously delayed, send to 4 different hubs before put in a locker with no pin nr or notification send to collect it. Package left in a locker for 5 days before processed and send out and then delivered to the incorrect person whom phoned the person who's package it was from the number and details written on the actual package to come and collect it. This is a company seriously in trouble because of incompetence. I wonder what the owner and shareholders think of this circus?
