Company great, drivers terrible.

Delivery communication is clear, with timely automatic notifications, which is appreciated. Unfortunately, the actual delivery experience is poor. No delivery window is given, drivers only call once they are outside, refuse to enter the complex or deliver to the door, and expect customers to collect heavy parcels from the vehicle. Their attitude and tone are also disappointing, creating the impression that the customer must accommodate them rather than receive proper service.
