company failing to do their job

This company is nonsense, the staff is lazy and useless, i waited all morning for them to come collect a package for shipment and they told me they will call me when they are in route to my address, they never called or showed up at my address instead they report that the collection attempt was unsuccessful, save yourself the trouble and headache, use a reliable courier company....stay clear from the CourierGuy....
