This company is something else, I mean no communication nothing. I’ve been expecting my parcel for some days and the service level is overnight. The “Earliest request delivery- 01/12/2023” and ”expected delivery-04/12/2023” has now both passed and they haven’t said anything yet. I tried using their whatsapp services, talking to an agent online, using the local branch whatsapp, calling and also sending emails but I haven’t received anything tangible yet and as for their calls they answer then keep quiet only to hang up after couple of seconds. What’s so difficult in delivering the parcel that has been in their hub for days now? And what’s the use of having all these platforms for communication when they can’t ever answer any of them.
