Company does not take responsibility for negligence in transporting parcels

It is very disappointing when you use Courier Guy as your courier of choice for your small business and then 3 of your deliveries that go out on successive days gets damaged whilst in transit and the operations department takes no responsibility. It's not part of their policy. They haven't physically viewed the products and as per their investigation, they allocate it to a specific product group. My understanding is that a Goods in Transit Insurance is specifically for these purposes. The responsibility to safely uplift and deliver the parcel is that of the courier company
