Companies, please consider another courier company for your clients!

I don't know why businesses still make use of this "courier company". A few years back they delivered my package in a wrong province and never came back to me or answered me on that, that is just pathetic. Now the manager in Bloemfontein goes off on me because I didn't answer my phone one time he tried to phone me as I was in a meeting and then has the audacity to tell me he has been trying to get hold of me the whole day very rudely and then also argues with me and goes off on me. I don't post these complaints ever and sort it out with the company instead, but Courier Guy makes this impossible. When I hear a company uses them for deliveries I am very reluctant to buy from that company but sometimes I'm forced to and then I have to go through the same uncomfortable and lack of customer service with these guys.
