Communication issue

I ordered boxes and paid. Received no confirmation or email to inform me of expected delivery date. Couldn't get hold of anyone telephonically. Messaged on What'sApp and Zendesk and all I was told was query will be escalated and then no further communication. How do I now trust them with my parcel?
