Communication is very very important

Shipped from three separate locations within a 40km radius along the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal on March 8th to Cape Town, all intended for delivery to the same address. However, The Courier Guy managed to deliver each item on different days, with one still not having arrived as of yet. I've recently been informed that the third item only departed from the Durban Hub on Monday, March 11th. This delay means that the 300 attendees of our conference, each expecting individually embroidered shirts, may not receive them as planned. This has resulted in a expenditure of R60,000 with no satisfactory outcome.
