Communication is key - the courier guy

Really disappointed in there lack of communication. Ordered a package and then 9 days later we checked up on our parcel and they just said sorry they do not courier that type of package. Courier guy you could have at least let us know so we could have made another plan, now its costing us trippel.

Please work on your communication skills as well as customer service, your staff can at least be friendly and helpful and not rude and disrespectful.
