Common Courier Guy - UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF RESPECT AND SERVICE

It first started when they arrived at the wrong address, after which I informed them to check the right address and call me when they’re there (the shipping address was in Linden @ a friend's business). When I gave the guy a call, he told me no one was at the office, which is untrue, and he left the package with someone else. Going to check who signed it, there is a recipient name and a totally **** signature. It is utterly shocking to know that this bloke just left MY package with someone who it was NOT assigned to.

Giving the guy a call AGAIN, asking where the package is, cause there is NO company by the name ‘dismore’, he was disrespectful and shouting at me over the phone. He then came back to the office (where my friend met him) and he showed her where he left the package - to my surprise, he left it with someone else? Now tell me, is this how Courier Guy does business - just leaving a package with anyone?

On the package itself, there was the recipient's name, the business name and office number, AND a number he could call if he was unsure? He didn’t want to give us his name or any information.

I know human error is inevitable, but the lack of respect towards customers when they asked a simple question about their delivery is unacceptable. Truly saddened by the way we were treated and how it all played out. NO STAR would portray my experience.
