Collection problems and possible *****.

On Thursday the 20th Nov at 14:45, I booked an overnight delivery and had to paid R500 for a 5kg package to be delivered 129km, I received an email at 15:47 saying there would be a collection in 5 minutes, I waited for 3 hours and no one arrived, the next morning they collected and a manager said I requested for the package to be collected the following day, then the customer called the courier guy and said they need the package delivered on Saturday, so without my permission they debited my account another R500, as far as I am aware it is ******* to debit someone's account without their permission, but now they held me to ransom saying if I don't pay the R500 they won't deliver the package, I could have used Uber delivery the same day for R630 but now it is R1000 to deliver 2 days later.... This is ******* and immoral... I have used courier guy for a long time and will no longer be dealing with a company that cannot admit it's mistakes and punishes it's customers for them....
