Collection issues in Centurion Central

The Courier Guy, you have a serious issue with collections happening in Centurion area! The 2nd time in a row, that you have failed to collect a parcel within 24 hours after it had been booked in! Either, you have a serious shortage of drivers in the area, or you have seriously *********** drivers in that area!!

Midrand area where I normally book in parcels, collections are prompt, the drivers are friendly, actually read instructions on the waybill, YET, when I do post a positive review, those drivers doesn't even get informed that customers had posted a positive review! Maybe, start giving credit and recognition for drivers that go above and beyond to keep their customers happy, and get rid of the arrogant ***boys that are a danger on the road!

Marko, your explanation, that the driver had too many collections and thus couldn't make it to the collection address before closing time, just confirms that you have an operational issue in that area! Still doesn't explain, why they cannot do a collection, on an arterial road, that had been booked in before 06:00...
