Collection in Pudo they neglect their customers shame..

I have made a booking on the Pudo app lastweek Wednesday they have not collect the parcel where I allocated them to collect until today.I have contacted them since Thurs communicated with them but they made empty promises saying they will fetch the parcel on the following day I made a query again on Friday since they did not fetch on Thurs they said they have sent someone who's going to collect but they never did they kept on saying they could not get hold of the person that they had to collect the parcel to and I spoke to the lady she said to me she has not received any phone call from any driver.I made another query on Saturday they said they will collect on Monday as in yesterday since the place is regional but they never did this morning I made a query again they ignored.I am sooo angry with what they are doing as I need the parcel asap hence I made a booking with them all to find out they will do this and they don't even care.The names of the agents I have spoken to is Minah Kubayi,Cindy-Lee Ferrendale place Burgersfort Kiosk in Limpompo,Caitlin (Support),Lisa van Wyk (Support).
