Closing shop before working hours are over

The courier guy in Sasolburg just closed it doors at 16:40 i am very confused as your working hours show you close at 5 and online it shows you close at 5as well. I knocked on the door to make the lady aware that i wanna question why they closing so early as it seems their system is working fine but she just ignored me and kept counting money. Very disappointed in your service.
