Christmas gifts destroyed

My cousin decided to send our Christmas gifts using Pudo (Locker to Door), somewhere between Port Elizabeth and George the gifts was completely destroyed, please see images attached. This is extremely disappointing seeing that everyone was excited to open their gifts on Christmas and seeing she put a lot of thought into it just to be destroyed by people not handling other people’s parcels with care!
