Check The Courier Guy's Billing or You'll Be Duped Into Paying More.

We run a business and have been using The Courier Guy. We constantly have to check our billing as they (or their Swad machine - the machine that apparently weighs and measures package dimensions) has been altering dimensions of our customer's packages causing us to pay more than we should be. We usually have to battle to get our billing corrected.

Recently, yet another billing discrepancy! Despite contacting them and giving them photographs of the boxes we use (to include proof of the actual dimensions) they have not rectified our latest charge. We have had this back and forth communication and still this argument, despite photographic evidence. Apparently the director has refused to authorise the corrected amount because the "Swad Machine said so".

If you use The Courier Guy, check and double-check your billing and dimensions. Don't get duped into paying more than you should.
