Careless packing

Paxi courier please assist I have received my goodie bag from my Herbalife supplier the cup was broken I phone my supervisor to ask about the broken cup she confirmed it wasn't broken I went to collect the lady that helped me aslo asked if the was something broken inside I took pictures immediately when I opened the package the cup was really broken
