Can't get package and no help from Courier Guy

I went to Pudo Locker within the 18 hours that my PIN was active. Get there and PIN doesn't work. Your chatbot is useless - it doesn't have an option for my problem and when it gets handed over to a human, no one responds. How does this get resolved? How the hell is there no way to phone you?!
