Cant deliver parcels

I received an email stating that a parcel from Cape Town is awaiting delivery. I contacted the helpdesk via email and phone on 3 occasions requesting delivery to made to the Rustenburg office. I went to the office on Friday 22 May and was told that the parcel was ready for collection at the depot. I went to the depot on Wednesday 27 May and was told the parcel had been returned to sender. Reason the phone number on parcel was incorrect. Useless service.
