Cannot Track

My Parcel was collected from my supplier and returned to my supplier the following day as the driver was misinformed. On arrival at my supplier the parcel was in 3 pieces, which my supplier had to assemble again and luckily no damage were found. For 2 days they could not track my parcel as it showed collected, but could not be tracked. I called head office and were holding for half an hour and cut of twice. They really have very bad service and is very unprofessional.
