Cancelling my collection @6:02 without contacting me

I bought a tap again at AMAZON like the bucket and mop i bought last week its damaged the tap it leaking. Now i wanna return it like always the courier guy cancelled my collection at around 6:02 without contacting me, no one is on the road collecting at that time. Why is it always an issue everything they need to do they job. I think i need to stop buying at Amazon for a bit to avoid this nonsense. Can they just come and collect. I've never had issues with takealot regarding this nonsense. The courier guy service really sucks, the longer they take to collect the longer is going to take for them to refund my money. Ref no:***
