Cancelled Shipment

After many attempts to have a parcel collected by the courier guy(with payment already made) my shipment was cancelled and no refund offered. I have emailed the company, called the call centre twice in the last day and still subsequently had the shipment cancelled. Courier guy claims that the address is invalid however they deliver to this address for me on a regular basis.
