can I give you a ZERO - The Courier Guy

Can I give you a zero?? Pathetic service....NO customer service. Damage of my property, damaged parcels delivered to my clients. WEEKS after incidents you get feedback like....check our terms and conditions....we do not care about you as out client. We do not care about how we handle your property. We have our money, you paid already. Why would I use your service if you punish your clients for using your service? The parcels was scattered over the floors, broken boxes, wet, dripping contents,lost parcels..... and you do not care! You are NOT the only courier.....Africa is a tuff country....you will feel the presure!
