***** by The Courier Guy!! Don't use them!

I am very dissapointed in The Courier Guys' service! A parcel was supposed to be sent to a pudo locker in my town. It was out for delivery on Saturday but was returned to the hub due to the official reason that "there was no one to receive the parcel.."

Today I received an sms that my parcel is in the locker. I entered the code sent to me via sms. I opened the locker with excitement only to find out that it is EMPTY.... How on earth is this possible??? It's *****!

I contacted The Courier Guy but has not yet received any response.
