I'll never support Courier Guy again after hearing how they treat their staff. You'd expect a company to defend their staff if customers swear and say derogatory terms to them, right? Courier Guy actually does the opposite - they took a significant chunk of my courier's salary away as punishment for him being verbally abused by a customer.
