Business owner disappointed in the Courier guy breaking her product

We have been ising the Courier Guy for years but of late thw have been handling the parcels extremely poorly and have broken our product. We have complained and are being ignored. Come on, shipping a parcel sagely is not so difficult and following up on legit cistomer complaints is just good business ethics.
