Bullies working for The Courier Guy

I would please like to know how anyone escalate a problem they encounter with this company. As a very small company we try to raise and resolve issues. The Courier Guy only have one person with no escalation procedure. No wonder when you receive something through them it looks second hand on receipt. They handle your package like garbage. I vote for MDS - Collivery , Value Express to name only two but the courier guy should close their doors or get to the program. The people in their offices are rude, think they do you a favor even though we pay them good money for a service. That they seems not to understand. Poorest service I ever had . I rather use Bolt delivery before I ever use The courier guy again.
