Brutal damage of board shipment

Richards Bay Courier Guy is not the place to send your parcels with. I send a sign board to Krugersdorp. The said i must sign a form that they will not take responsibility for any damages because of packaging thereof. I made double sure it was well wrapped and bubble wrapped and was aware that it might be damaged or sc****d somewhere. They even put stickers on for me saying it is fragile. Red stickers. So i paid R495 to send it. On arival it had a big hole in the middle of the board. This is not normal damage. It was brutal force. I asked them to replace the board as it was man handled badly and got nothing to do with the packaging thereof. They refused. Please be carefull. The board can not be used because of the big hole right in the middle. I have pictures as evidence. I am reporting them to the consumer board as well.
