BROKEN PACKAGE RECEIVED

Wow! read the reviews and sorry to say I know how people feel, I experienced the worst service from their branch in Northmead Benoni, after receiving my package pre opened and completely shatered. Staff thought it was funny and amusing when I complained about the condition I received the package in and to find the wrapped glass contents completely broken in to a million pieces, it was just to much. I triend reasoning with their support services but according to their investigation, they could not find any mishandling of the package it must have broken in my transport. Wow aging I did not transport the package it was picked up from the senders house and delivered to the branch and i opened the package in store before I left. But according to their policy they are not liabel for anything. What type of service do they deliver? Because they don't care about your goods nor they way you are treated by their staff all they care about is making money. I would not recommend using the courier guy, they have poor service and can't take responsibility for the way they handle your possessions. We the costumer put our trust in the courier guy with our packages just to be disappointed and lose cause they don't care at all. For them you are just quick money
