Broken package - Not our responsibility.

We have been using The Courier Guy for a while, over the last couple of months the service has deteriorated to the point where we decided it was time to move our business elsewhere. One of our last parcels arrived with the client virtually destroyed, it looks like a forklift had pushed its fork through our flyer bag and in the process damaging everything inside. We have just been notified (after almost a month) that they will not take responsibility for the damage as our parcel was not adequately packed. The box inside the flyer bag is destroyed because of their actions but the equipment "was not adequately packed" I would strongly advise you not to use them as your parcel carriers, they do not take any responsibility or accountability for anything.
