Broken; not fragile

After using Aramex for 4 years, I thought to use the courier guy. In the package was a vintage sail boat with an aluminium mast. After arriving a day later than it was supposed to, and being double handled, it arrived with the mast broke in half and the crest on the top of the mast broken off. They earned their one star, but I was unable to give them less.
