BROKEN ITEM WHILE TRANSPORTED BY THE COURIER GUY

On the 02 February 2025 I wrote a complaint to courier guy about a parcel (gazebo) that was broken in their care while they were couriering it from Johannesburg to Mthatha. I received a response saying the matter will be escalated to a specialized department, after several follow up emails that I wrote, one response was from their Mthatha branch which said will be handling the matter. Up to date there is no response from the company, when i made further follow ups and the last step was to go personally in the Mthatha branch where I was met with a very hostile and rude lady that told me that I took long to report the matter and their footage is deleted. A matter that was reported in February. What is more frustrating in this is that the gazebo is not for my personal use but for a client, I am a small business owner who tries to make an honest living but big companies like Courier Guy exploits their very own clients and are very dishonest. Can courier guy own up to their ill reputation of not wanting to take responsibility for clients who trust them with transporting their goods. This kind of behaviour is not only frustrating but hurts my livelihood.
