Broken Goods Delivered

I had a guitar delivered from bloemfontein to joburg. Trusting that they would take good care of it and deliver it. I received it with a broken headstock. Now they are not going to do anything about because they say it was not packaged correctly! It was covered just fine and wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap! Basically what they are saying is that their drivers dont need to take care of any packages that they deliver!! Flipping rediculous!!! Will never use them again!!
